At the age of 66 years on a very wet weekend in August 1998 I commenced writing web pages as a hobby.
I am updating this item in August 2023 just to let you know that I am now 91 years of age and still updating these pages.

I have often asked myself why do I create these web page.
The best answer I have found is that because I am able to create something and enjoy watching it work.
While reading the book "The Filter Bubble" I noticed a quote attributed to Mark Zuckerberg, of Facebook, which explains my thoughts. It is
"They just can't wrap their head around the idea that someone might build something because they like building things."
